name = "The Wolf King of Murcia"
desc = "The overthrow of Sultan Muhammad IX in 1427 led to a dangerous reduction of royal power in the Al-Andalus, one that would have many undesirable effects in years to come. The ceaseless infighting between royal persons squandered the riches of the land and triggered a steady decline in the military of the Sultanate. While the military decline of Cordoba would be halted by Sultan Mulay Hassan, the political factionism would outlive the Reknowned Sultan by a generation. The first and perhaps most dramatic demonstration of the Sultanate's infirmity was Muhammad VIII's feeble non-efforts to halt the rebellion of his viceroy in Murcia, who claimed to be a descendent of Ibn Hud, the ferocious Wolf King of Murcia in the 13th century."

name = "The Scientific works of Nasr Abu-l Hajjaj"
desc = "Nasr Abu-l Hajjaj was not only a king, but also a scientist, and it is for this that he is chiefly remembered. He was a freverent Mutazelite who surrounded himself with the principal scientific thinkers of his time; astrologers, mathematicians and chemists. He constructed the 'Dar el-Iktibar', an early 'laboratory' which was an adjunct to the Royal Library. His most important works were his historical and geographical tracts. Until 1532 he produced numerous works on world history and science, the 'The Given History of Humanity' was a surprisingly accurate topographical work and 'The Lands of the two Dars', was a signature contributon to the study of geography and the importance of careful field research."

name = "Ambsat Habiballah el-Ghernati"
desc = "The Nasrids of Muslim Spain entrusted many civil service jobs to Jews, especially ones involving financial matters. The most important of these administrators was Ambsat of Granada, a Jewish minister who served as finance minister and Grand Vizier from 1478 to 1481. He succeeded in balancing the books, and went a long way toward turning a hugely ramshackle state into a unified authority, starting with serious tax reform. He also caused legal disputes between Christians to be resolved according to traditional common law of the region, rather than through Muslim courts. Finally, he encouraged endowments to schools, scholars, and pious institutions. Nevertheless, Christians resented him because he was a Jew, and Muslim nobles resented him for imposing more taxes and restrictions. When Mulay Abu-l Hasan was off fighting Christian rebels in the North, the minister's enemies arranged for his death, depriving the state of a truly great administrator."

This is the most important event "The Caliphate of al-Andalus" event which hasnt been properlly texted (Seems I forgot to add it when I sent u the email) could u replace the current one with this Matty?
Mu'tazilism's rationalism was appealing to the learned classes of the time, as was its stance on Free Will, and its perceived opposition to the rival theologies. However, being elitist in nature, it never gained ground with the masses, and its adoption by the rulers and the subsequent antipathy it espoused against Sunni Scholars made it appeal even less to the public. In the middle of the 16th century, Abu Kamal of Valencia, the reknowned Muslim astronomer and noble, embarked on an ambitious plan to make the Mu'tazali more popular amongst the general population, by funding, with the collective support of the Sultan and aristocracy, the construction of the magnificent university of al-Tawheed (Monotheism) in Cordoba to spread the logical testements of the Mutazelites throughout al-Andalus.En-Mass conversions soon followed, becoming a common feature of the religious theater in Muslim Spain , most out of sheer conviction, others for material gain, changing one religion for the next as their lords and masters demanded. This 'rift' from the ministry of the Abbasids in the east went generally unopposed, and it only seemed natural for the Sultan to claim the title of 'Caliph' - though his religios dominion was, admitingly ,only on a miniscule part of the Muslim World. None the less, the Caliphate of Al-Andalus(Spain), Ifriqya(Africa) and Firanja (France) was born, and the last ties with Baghdad were severed - forever. The Muslim West would henceforth dictate it's own destiny - be it politicaly or spiritualy - independently from the East. As they say 'La Galiba Illa Allah thuma al-Mutazila' - No Victor but God and then the Mutazelites.
