Playing as Byzantium I love how easy it is to change the culture of a province. However I wonder if a colonist should also be required to change the culture of a province. it would slow things down a bit.
I am looking for open debate on this...such as the reasons why or why not a colonist should be required. I know in EUIII Divine Wind, it did take colonist to change a culture. You also never knew if or how long it would take. In EU IV it just seems to lack that sense of risk.
This is just a thought I have had. Not looking for a flame war or any thing like that. I just want to know what the EU community thinks about it. Please share your thoughts in a polite and respectful manner.
