Can anyone point me in the direction of a guide that describes the values you
see in the troops and pops windows that appear when you pass your mouse over the respective troops and pops windows in the military and provinces interface?
eg. In a window that appears for some of your regiments you'll see a value for the number of troops followed by a '/' character and another number, for instance 1900/17 where 1900 is the number of infantry but what is the second number? There is an Interface guide at Viki Wiki but it appears to be unfinished. Is there a fuller description of these information windows anywhere? Any pointers, help or URL's would be most appreciated.

In your example 17 should be the units Morale.

If you click on the actual unit you can see what everything means.

If it is what I'm thinking you mean... then it is the average morale of that army in that province. Moreover, the combined morale of each division in that army, divided by the number of divisions in the army = average morale of said army.

If you mean specifically the number next to each division's strength (strength is the first number)... instead of the entire army's strength... then that would be the morale of that specific division.

EDIT: Good screenshot above... shows what I thought you meant as well.
