When trying to register, the process was a bit arduous for the following reasons you might want to look into:
(1) I first tried from the EU4 link. I enter my info; I am redirected to the forums with no error or warning nor a confirmation email received; I notice I am not logged in. When I try to log in on top using the information just provided, it is refused as invalid. I tried this 2 or 3 times.
(2) On the main page, I twice ran into "server busy" pages after entering, but no confirmatory text... maybe both registrations were accepted as I then received two confirmation emails (which looked different).
(3) First thing I try is to be a good citizen and add some lines in the profile. After doing so, I save, but cannot leave the page..until, a few minutes later, I notice there is apparently a pop up box you need to first close. Next up: hunt the box! I was zoomed in quite a bit, in which case the box was off-screen. Zoomed fully out, it relocates somewhere visible - but the button is too small to hit. So I need a medium zoom level. Each zoom level adjustment moves the box; typically at least half off the screen. It took me a few minutes to find a compromise zoom level in which the box was at an accessible location, so I could finally hit "done" (or whatever the label is) on the popup.
Maybe your phone guys (I assume this might be an iphone issue) want to have a look at this? My phone is old, but has current OS.
