Interface Aids for Cheating

Would it not be helpful, if one of the interface modes, showed when you hover the mouse over a province the province ID and the owner's tag. Not political or revolt risk, but maybe infrastructure or one of the others that you only use for short amounts of time and isnt too cluttered already

Console command that toggles showing the province id and nation tag when moused over would be nice too.

This has been missing from EU3 onward, IIRC.
