Interesting traffic loop....yes a traffic loop.

So i was playing Amsterdam campaign, just got out of debt. When I noticed a long line of traffic. I decided to try and find the beginning and the end of the line. To my surprise, the two points ended up almost being one point. Here's what I mean:

As you can see, the ending of the video loops back to the beginning of the video...

it's something the game does seem to have an issue with. As I've said before its not the quantity, its just the way it behaves.

Quite often i'll see just a single block completely at a standstill because some dumb car/tram/bus has stopped in a silly place/on a junction and in doing so stops everything moving. After a little while some of the cars will vanish as if the drivers got bored and the problem goes away for a few minutes. That problem alone is responsible for most of the traffic problems people are having.

Hahaha, wow! That's a big chunk of cars...
Haven't noticed that. Would be quite a challenge to get rid of those and make a functional transportation network.

Well this video would be quite funny but for me it really means that for me to fully enjoy the game I just have to wait for a patch because this huge traffic jam can't be the way it's supposed to be.

Well in this particular case, seems that you have a lot of free space on the sides of the roads. Build trams and be happy.

I only use buses to get from suburbs to a tram or metro line. Or from farms, and short lines. Buses are prohibited in downtown in this game.
