Playing historically means no war before Danzig And neutral nations staying neutral.

• Hungary
• Romania
• Yugoslavia
• Greece
• Bulgaria
• Netherlands?
• Common wealth nations

For me, most of the European minor nations are fun, Common wealth nations on the other hand is kinda boring due to little involvement.

Communist China is great fun. From 1state minor to world power. Lots of adrenaline holding the Japanese too.
