Rome 1 is always easy due to siege bug.

Ironically, some mods make the game run better than vanilla. But I understand.

Alright, poll has ended.

It was very close, and by the end I think we had a three-way tie between Carthage, Rome, and Western Rome. Therefore, I have decided to do use my executive GM powers to announce the winner.

And the winner is...

CARTHAGE!!

Now let me explain my reasoning. Carthage is an interesting faction, with good cavalry and semi-decent infantry. It represents one of the "What ifs" of history, and I'd like to explore that what if further. Furthermore, as others have pointed out, Rome has already been done by several games in the past, and to truly test this IAAR, I decided that an unusual and less played faction might in fact be a better test for the concept.
