Since I know what being in the position of not owning Armageddon and having trouble finding mods that haven't moved on is like, I suppose we'll release a version for DD, but Armageddon will remain the priority.

The biggest thing is a book that is almost 2,000 pages long with the first third of it being the Rise of the Third Reich, it has all the current events of the time, or at least major ones, how the nationalist part of National Socialism won out and it starts a train of thought (but never finishes it) about what would have happened if the socialism part won out. One part that I like is the fact that it presents the Wiemar Republic as more of a democratic HRE then anything else and points out how that is true. So I can start giving you things on Germany during the inner war years.
That's great. Post what you've got, and I'm especially interested in the "what would happen if the socialism part won out" part, as a Communist German European Union is the big part of the alt-history of this mod.

Division stats

I've completed revisions for most of the division files. Below are three screen shots for different units. NOTE: The icons have not been revised -- they're still vanilla and are somewhat misleading. The dates on the screenshots are from 1936 as I'm working with vanilla set-up at this point. After completing the divisions, I'm moving on to the brigades, and then back to the tech tree to work on subcomponents and integrate CDCP tech fixes into the files.

I tested the 1914 Infantry units in combat. It was a simple 2 (skill 3 leader) vs. 1 test (skill 5 leader) in clear terrain during the summer without forts and the defenders were not dug in. In ten rounds of combat, the shortest time for victory was 13 days 2 hours, and the longest was 23 days 10 hours. The average was 18 days and 5 hours. A couple of those had defensive air support (2 vanilla early bombers) as I forgot to comment out the air units in the test scenario. That interference only caused the attacker more losses and did not yield the longest combat time.

Short battles result when the attacker has great firepower superiority. This will be enhanced if attacking from multiple provinces. Once a breakthrough occurs mobile units (early cavalry, mid to late 30s armor) can exploit and stalemates can be avoided, if proper battle management occurs.

Not to mention that it increases the need for air power - bombing the forces you are attacking can be decisive in a battle.

No, it didn't. However, this mod was created from a thread by Uzikbombardier some months ago which was a "chose which mod we should create" thread. Three mod ideas tied for first place (they were a 1920s mod, a Communist German European Union, and the continued existence of the Qing Empire), so our alt-history contains the continued existence of Qing China.

Add there politruk brigade which adds morale and defensiveness but makes attack skills worst and organization lower.

A brigade of this type is not currently in the mod -- see the screenshot on page 7 for the current brigade structure. However, this could be a brigade located on the advanced weapons tab as there are some brigades which don't have ten models.
