So I have this vassal. He uses wormholes and has constructed gates EVERYWHERE in my territory. Once I integrate this vassal, I will inherit the maintenance costs of these wormholes, right?
Since his ships are really bad (otherwise I would be his vassal, right?) I intend to upgrade his ships to my type. That should change the engines, I assume. So can I go ahead and disband the gates?
