Pretty simply put, after integrating a PU all of the estates should remain in control and become new estates in the country. F.e. If the Austrians integrate Hungary there should be 'Hungarian nobles', 'Hungarian clergy' etc.

This way countries would have to seek to remove land from the integrated nation for them to fully become part of the country, and could simulate centralization after integration well, with the potential for the nobles to revolt and seek re-establishment of the integrated country.

As a balance, autonomy in the integrated provinces should have a much lower value, such as 25 or even 0%.

Given the way it was described in the dev diary, all estates that might be in play at some point have to be statically defined in the game files. (Which is reasonable, since dynamic creation of estates is liable to be messy.)

Under that scheme, your proposal would require every country to have a completely unique set of estates.

Well what about a "foreign" nobel estate, that would symbolise intergrated nations, and if they somehow gets too much power, all land you have conquered within a certain amount of years, will break free from your country.

There's no point having umpteen different estates if they all have the same purpose (e.g. if you are Denmark, the global benefit you get from 'Norwegian Nobles' is going to be much the same as what you get from 'Swedish Nobles'). Each estate represents an entire social class. The reason e.g. Burghers and Nobles are different estates is not just because they don't get along with each other due to tribal differences, it's that they have systematically different worldviews and different ideas of how you should run the country.

I would love to see estates from specific countries or cultures. Since Hungary was that strong in the Austrian lands, Austria formed Austria-Hungary in the real history. I know this happened in the Victoria II time-period but it still shows that cultures/nations were powerfull estates in certain countries -> it would be fitting. Anyway I think that the estate system will be developed further by Paradox if the player like it. After the patch itself there won't be that many estates because this is probably also a bit of a testing phase. Things like this may be a thing in later patches.

Actually it should be "Accepted Cultures" getting estates.
After all, they are supposed to be represented in the government, at least in some way.

Maybe integrating them would make any unique estates (i.e. Cossacks) an estate in your own country, as well as wraithstalkes idea with accepted cultures.
