I think finnish tree will come in this dlc, as it has quite a few interactions with soviet treeI hope that in future after Barbarossa will get Nordic DLC Counry pack, (Denmark Norway, Sweden, Finland)
There is also a lot of interaction between the nordic countries. Some of the more obvious alt-history would be that the nordic countries helped Finland more /or less even. Sweden also acted as mediator between Finland and Russia, so had a hand in how things turned out and that could change.I think finnish tree will come in this dlc, as it has quite a few interactions with soviet tree
I rather see a small tree for Iceland together with the Scandinavian countries
It would have been an option, but the Polish rework I think rules out all the possibility that the Scandinavian countries came in this dlc since the Baltic countries will probably obtain their own shared trees and I believe the new tree gives serious clues they will obtain trees it is mentioned frequently and it surely does the Scandinavian countries come another very pressumiblemte in the next country packThere is also a lot of interaction between the nordic countries. Of course. Thanks for pointing that out@safe-keeper, You say "Or" as if these viewpoints -- Barbarossa is too big to include Italy AND a furture Italy DLC means big $$$ for Paradox AND Italy deserves its own DLC -- are mutually exclusive. I don't believe they are. They can all be true, regardless of the motives of Paradox; nefarious, altruistic, pure convenience, whatever.
We do know that Poland is in this DLC, but we don't know for sure about Finland, so that could still be part of a future DLC.It would have been an option, but the Polish rework I think rules out all the possibility that the Scandinavian countries came in this dlc since the Baltic countries will probably obtain their own shared trees and I believe the new tree gives serious clues they will obtain trees it is mentioned frequently and it surely does the Scandinavian countries come another very pressumiblemte in the next country pack
It is true there is no confirmation but it is very likely that Finland has its own approaches in this dlc since it has obvious interactions with the Soviet rework that almost certainly also in this dlcWe do know that Poland is in this DLC, but we don't know for sure about Finland, so that could still be part of a future DLC.
Personally so would I want Finland to be in a DLC with unconventional warfare as that was their speciality. I had some hopes for the previous DLC, but they choose to handle spies and insurgeants in another way.
I don't see how Swedish aid to Finland wouldn't involve Sweden. One problem right now is that the in game option right now gives much less aid then what was historically given. And it should also be an option to do more or less depending on the controller of Sweden. Right now it's a terrible idea for Sweden to join the war as Finland have no actual capacity to defend themselves in the game, despite how well they historically did.It is true there is no confirmation but it is very likely that Finland has its own approaches in this dlc since it has obvious interactions with the Soviet rework that almost certainly also in this dlc
In a certain way, Finland always had a certain independence from the rest of the Scandinavian front, although it is true Sweden gave some support to the Finns in the winter war that could perfectly be represented in certain Finnish own decisions without the need for Sweden and the rest of the Scandinavian countries to obtain self-respect this dlc although surely they could come in the next dlc that could be country pack for the Scandinavian countries
But these interactions can simply be implemented at the moment as Finnish own decisions without the need to implement their own flavor to the Swedes and the rest of the Scandinavian countries at the moment, as happened with Mexico in MTG in the Spanish Civil War.I don't see how Swedish aid to Finland wouldn't involve Sweden.
