I hope that in future after Barbarossa will get Nordic DLC Counry pack, (Denmark Norway, Sweden, Finland)

I think finnish tree will come in this dlc, as it has quite a few interactions with soviet tree

There is also a lot of interaction between the nordic countries. Some of the more obvious alt-history would be that the nordic countries helped Finland more /or less even. Sweden also acted as mediator between Finland and Russia, so had a hand in how things turned out and that could change.

It would have been an option, but the Polish rework I think rules out all the possibility that the Scandinavian countries came in this dlc since the Baltic countries will probably obtain their own shared trees and I believe the new tree gives serious clues they will obtain trees it is mentioned frequently and it surely does the Scandinavian countries come another very pressumiblemte in the next country pack

@safe-keeper, You say "Or" as if these viewpoints -- Barbarossa is too big to include Italy AND a furture Italy DLC means big $$$ for Paradox AND Italy deserves its own DLC -- are mutually exclusive. I don't believe they are. They can all be true, regardless of the motives of Paradox; nefarious, altruistic, pure convenience, whatever.

We do know that Poland is in this DLC, but we don't know for sure about Finland, so that could still be part of a future DLC.

Personally so would I want Finland to be in a DLC with unconventional warfare as that was their speciality. I had some hopes for the previous DLC, but they choose to handle spies and insurgeants in another way.

It is true there is no confirmation but it is very likely that Finland has its own approaches in this dlc since it has obvious interactions with the Soviet rework that almost certainly also in this dlc

I don't see how Swedish aid to Finland wouldn't involve Sweden. One problem right now is that the in game option right now gives much less aid then what was historically given. And it should also be an option to do more or less depending on the controller of Sweden. Right now it's a terrible idea for Sweden to join the war as Finland have no actual capacity to defend themselves in the game, despite how well they historically did.

But these interactions can simply be implemented at the moment as Finnish own decisions without the need to implement their own flavor to the Swedes and the rest of the Scandinavian countries at the moment, as happened with Mexico in MTG in the Spanish Civil War.

It can be done through decision or event. Sweden already have events to the Winter War. Winter War fires, bam event or decision time where Sweden and Norway get to choose what to do.

Lowest support, nothing. Next manpower (historical, unauthorized volunteers turned a blind eye to) Next special rule can lend lease to Finland. Next volunteers. Last direct intervention.

And the more Sweden, Dennark, or Norway involve themself the angrier the commies get, the more WT are generated and the greater the risk of war spilling out. Think UK and Germany are not keen on USSR taking control of the Baltic and North Sea.
