I'm developing my scenario adding leaders of annexed Nations
(my GC has 100 TAGs instead of 155) or to Nations without one at all.
There are monarchs, generals, admirals, conquistadores, explorers.
What's the effect of rank written in the lines of the scenario?
There are fixed values (for example, monarchs have 100) or a sequence about leading troops (lower one means better one or not)?
Thx in advance.

Rank determines which leader leads an army if that army has multiple leaders.
It determines which leader command the battle if multiple amries with leader are present on one side.
The lowest rank number leads, in case of equalling rank number I believe the leader with the lowest id leads.
Ranks 0 to 3 have a nice special symbol, lower ranks have all the same symbol but the rank number is still important for determining who commands.
Monarchs are differientate from "ordinary" generals not by their rank, but by their category, monarchs are always land generals.

Clear reply, thx very much!
So stronger leaders added by me in the lines of the scenario should present values 0, 1 to be safe about their leading the army or the fleet.
Some explorers and conquistadores have high values about rank, maybe considered as not much strong in a battle ...
