Instant out of sync right after joining

Hello!

We just started a new game where we installed Apocolypse, Megacorps and some mods. All was going well until we took a break and returned today.

Now we get instant out of sync right after reloading the save file.

This didn't happen 1 week ago when we started a new game?

Any ideas what it could be? Could it be the mods or new DLC-s? Is our savegame done for?
