My brother and I have been trying to play this broken game for the last 45 minutes. As soon as the game makes the first 3 notes of the intro music and we can see the book on the table, it crashes. Over and over and over again. This is pathetic. I did feel like it was a pretty good game and a fair price at 10 dollars. Not anymore. I really feel like we deserve our money back. Can't even play. can't even look at a menu. can't do SHIT. this is just embarrassing.

Here's the error report:

Note: There is some performance penalty associated with assembly bind failure logging.
To turn this feature off, remove the registry value [HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Fusion!EnableLog].

unplug your gamepad and see if this solve the problem...

if you have windows 7 and directxc 11 installed then check with dxdiag if direct3d overlay is supported... i recommend to install directx 9.0 as admin (don't worry it will not delete directx 11, it will just add some files which are missing in directx 11)
make also sure that you have .net 3.5 properly installed (run "windows update" afterwards to make sure that you have the latest version)
furthermore make sure that you have XNA 3.1 properly installed... (this is important even if you have 4.0 installed already, same goes for .net)
