Installing the new Beta (?)

I have successfully downloaded 1.07 NA version and patched my EU. Now I have downloaded the April 1st beta (first one I've d'l'd) and extracted it. Now how do I 'beta' my new 1.07 version? I have four folders showing, ai, config, db, scenarios, and four notepad docs showing debug, netlog, history, log plus the config.eu file and the black Paradox icon.

Thanks for the instruction, I have looked but maybe everyone already knows how to do this and the instructions have been removed.

Extracting the files in your main EU2 folder should do it.

Yeah, I thought it could be that simple; I was just confused by what to do with the black Paradox icon and what use some of those blank notepad documents are, ie, why should they have to be replaced/copied over. So then I began to doubt that my extraction of the download had perhaps produced the wrong product.

To run the Betas, you should install the EU2 CD then 1.06 then 1.06b, then the latest patch.
