Installing DAIM with cold war tech

Hi, I've installed HOI2 DD ARMA 1.3b with graphics impr., SKIF and the Cold War tech...And it's awsome...Though the game is really pretty, it's...just...DAIM-less!!!
So please tell me what do i have to do to make DAIM compatible with my game, I've tried but failed several times!

In the Cold War tech tree package, there is a file called readme_compatibility.txt which contains instructions on how to do this- you just need to edit one or two lines in the scenario files
