Installation problem

I'm trying to reinstall EU2, and it doesn't install because my CD drive doesn't understand the copy protection of my CD. I've had this problem before, and then I found the file to fix it with from here. Now I can't find it anymore. Where is it?

I try to contact the publisher, but the link given by Patric here: http://www.europa-universalis.com/forum/showthread.php?t=5781
seems to be broken. At least I can't get there.

I have vision park version.

Sorry to bring this up again but I'm having the same kind of problems as Iso-A. I've been looking for the working setup.inx file but the links aren't working for me. So is there any way to get hold of the file?
