Inofficial hotfix for missing flags & shields

What does this hotfix fix?
It fixes he missing flags & shields of the U70 to U99 countries. Those are the countries that came with the HoI2 Armageddon add-on.
How do I install it?
Just unzip the zip archive and copy the folder (named "gfx") in your AoD folder.
The countries are still broken - all the ministers and leaders are missing!
No, they are not, since they never came with any ministers and leaders. You can fix this with the ACIP mod.
PS: Those files come with HoI2 Arma1.3beta, which means they are available to everybody anyway, so I think it's okay to offer them here as well.
