Initiate Horizon Signal with Console Commands?

So, I'm just a Stellaris player, and I got the free DLC(Thanks Paradox), but I realized you needed to go inside a new black hole to start it. See, I discovered most of my small-ish Galaxy, and there are no more new black holes I can access. Is there a console command to start the event? I'm not a cheater, but I really want to test out the event chain.

A friend of mine reported that the event fired for her from a black hole she'd already surveyed and built a station on, so presumably the wormhole doesn't need to be undiscovered.

As far as I understand the event file, target a science ship with a scientist in a black hole system, and run event akx.9000.

How exactly do i poceed with the event? I triggered it using console commands it tells me there is a signal but nothing else. Do i have to wait or something?

Agreed, I also console triggered it and now there is nothing to follow up on...???
