I was playing as Seniority Succession, obviously when I create and hand out a duchy it is also Seniority. Which means that the oldest member (who is king) inherits all duchies once rulers die. It also means that I get all their retinues. In just a 100 years I went three times over retinue cap. It is not a bug, of course, but I think it should not be possible to go over retinue cap this way. Especially as I am not even trying to cheat, I am just trying to run a full-seniority realm!
