Hello together,

so far i just played the demo cause there was no time to play the real game.

I played as the leader of bohemia, i ruled as king and my sons were great counts and dukes.
My wife, the princess of poland, was the legitimate heir to the crown of poland - after a quick and dirty elimination of an innocent child.
Then i waited for the death of the leader of poland to see what will happen.
But before he dies, my 20 years were over so my question is: Would i have been the king of poland at the side of my wife? Or would my wife leave my court to rule poland by herself with her decisions? Or is it me as her husband and king of bohemia who would rule the fate of poland?
Would be so nice to know before i start a new game if this situation would lead to more power for me or if i need to assassinate her to earn the throne just for my childs.
Thanks.

I think your queen would have left your court to rule an independent Poland. You'd have to hope for an heir who would inherit both titles if you wanted to unite them.

The game differentiates between rulers and consorts.
Your wife was Queen-Consort of Bohemia, that is, the wife of the King of Bohemia (the guy ruling).
If she were to inherit the Kingdom of Poland because all possible male heirs found an unfortunate end, she'd become Queen of Poland and you'd become King-Consort of Poland.

So yes, she'd leave your court to rule Poland, while you'd rule Bohemia, both being consorts of the other.
Your Child would later on inherit both Kingdoms.
