Hi guys
I'm playing Aquitaine and feeling rather smug now that, in 1220, I've created an Empire consisting of most of France and about a quarter of Spain
The issue is that the empire has Agnatic Gavelkind as its succession law which means that though my 2nd son is set to inherit the empire he will lose all his Counties and Duchies to the son of his older brother who is disinherited as he's the Grandmaster of the Hospitaller Monks...the Kingdom of Aquitaine, meanwhile, goes to one of the Emperor's brothers at the moment since its on Agnatic-Elective. I have yet to form the Kingdoms of Brittanny, Frisia and Aragon, which will make the constituent parts to go with Aquitaine but am almost in a position to do so.
All very annoying. I'm doing my damnedest to getting High Crown Auth for the Empire that will allow me to pass Primo but there is considerable opposition from my vassals and it's nowhere near being passed.
I'm playing with all DLCs less Conclave
Any thoughts or ideas guys?
