Ingame store greyed out

I don´t even know if this is working as expected: I think I own all DLCs and now I just pre-ordered the new expansion. But in game, I cannot access the in game-store. Right now, it´s nothing critical because everything is already installed from the last time I played (2 months ago or so), but once the DLC is available for download, I´m afraid I won´t be able to install.

Any explanations on this? :unsure:

edit: Btw, I´m using a MacBook!

The relevance of this being that only GG needs or uses the In-game store. If you bought everything from Steam it comes through there instead.

I didn´t try a reinstall yet, but once TOG is out, I´m going to do that if the problem is still there.

I installed the new patch but the in-game store is still greyed out. Any suggestions (Paradox)? Is a reinstall recommended?

Also did it for me, but now I have different problems regarding the DLC´s install. Anyways, this thread could be closed I guess.

Did you try reinstalling? I also cleared the cache from the library archives and restarted the MacBook. After a fresh install, the in game store worked again.

I did. I was just coming back to say that, while certainly not ideal, reinstalling worked for me as well.

I had to do the same after 1.9 and I'm beginning to see a trend.

edit: For some reason, the in-game store is telling me there's a dynasty coat of arms 3 pack for sale. I own all the DLC and everything is showing as installed so I'm not sure if a DLC is not being recognized or if it's just a phantom pack on the in-game store.

edit 2: Never mind. It's not yet released.
