What do I do to set infrastructure to 100% in province? I want to overide the .csv file by modding the .inc file. What I have now is:

infrastructure = { size = 1.0 current size = 1.0 }

but it is giving me an error. What is wrong here?

Also, I want to do the same thing but increase the manpower in the same province. How do I do that?

well you could just make a copy of the province.csv file and change it to whatever you like....
also I believe it would be 100 not 1.0 though I may be thinking of something else
