Information for New Ministers/Leaders

Please, before adding a new leader/minister check the "***Tag Treasury & ID Allocation***" Thread, i put a complete list of the IDs where all the nation starts (for example, GER = 1) so you know where to start with your new IDs.
Every nation have 1000 IDs assigned, so if GER starts at 1 it uses until 1000, so the next nation starts at 1001.

General Henri Guisan (Switzerland) should actually be Defense Doctrine. He introduced Switzerland to the National Redoubt plan.

Hungary's "Naval Cheif" (In case Hungary takes a port at Yugoslavia or something) should actually be Horthy in theory, as he was a former Austrian Grand Admiral. But the Naval Cheif in game is a land commander (Huh?)

here, they modify the oficial files for HoI, so all the modifications will be in 1.04.
i recommend you post your suggestion in there, so they can fix it.

Shouldn't it be the Danube river patrol commander?

Would a River Flotilla commander really have the experience to run a whole fleet? I took that into consideration when picking Horthy.

Sure but Horthy is running a country as regent as well. I am not saying that you're wrong, but the entire thing needs careful consideration. Multiple post for a minister cause all kinds of problems, what about if Horthy purges Horthy as a result of an event? Using the river patrol guy, while perhaps not entirely satisfactory, works because they existed historically and they were responsable for the appropriate armed force so they should always be used when Hungary lacks a coast. You can put together a decent list with replacements also, who would be Horthy's replacement?. The only time it is arguably unrealistic is the case when Hungary builds a fleet, but Horthy wouldn't necessarily the leader of it.

Yes but they was the historical leaders of the forces, so they have to have multiple positions despite the problems it causes. Horthy wasn't the chief of the Danube river force, so I see no reason to introduce a problem into the Hungarian government.

after checking all the new leaders/ministers files, there has been some update on the IDs, so check the list BEFORE adding new leaders.
