If, as the USSR, I start pushing Communism in Spain from day one, will that have any effect on the civil war? Like preventing it and forming Republican Spain?

Probably not, though if the Spanish Civil War works the same way as any other civil war apart from scripted date and border, Republican Spain will get more of the Spanish army on it's side than the other.
The SCW will always trigger soon or later if the spain is not fascist or if Franco (fascists) win the elections.
The only way how to prevent SCW is when Spain becomes fascist through coup or referendum. The SCW will still trigger if they change colour later.
