Not seeing your issue myself. You posted a list of complaints; fine so far, lots of us have done that. People then responded quite politely and reasonably showing how most of your complaints were either misapprehensions and/or the result of poor documentation. They then tried to give you the information you lacked due to that poor documentation. Still not seeing a problem. You got a little sideways with one responder and flamed him; but that appears to have been resolved long since so I don't see how that could still be a problem here.
As for the main three questions you obliquely ask, it seems you already know or could readily find the answers:
1. When is there going to be a collection? - you already posted the answer to that.
2. Will there be another official patch? - very likely but it is not expected in the immediate future due to other release issues
3. Is the game finally remotely playable? - that is very much a matter of opinion, but the answers to your previous posts seem to indicate that the preponderance of votes fall on the "Yes, it already was" response. But there is always the modding community, which has produced several very popular mods for the game. Perhaps your issues could be addressed by one or more of those.
As to the full package, nobody said you should buy the whole thing again. If you already have the base game then you can readily go to Gamersgate or another online vendor and buy just the expansion(s) you lack. That option has been available to you all along. Obviously the complete collection is primarily for people new to the game.
So I am left to ask: what exactly is your question? If it is just about "playability", then I would reiterate my advice that you give the mod packages a look.

You are lying. I posted complaints, that's true. But then what I got was an answer from a couple of bullies, who tried to discredit my message. Ok so far, this is just a matter of the usual social contest. You are even sugar-goating that by calling it 'quite polite and reasonable'. Comsubpac suggested to me, that nobody wants my ideas and that even Paradox Interactive disagrees with them. I got angry, god forbid, to comsubpac for harrassing me repeatedly, basically trying to defeat my well-being and determination in using this forum. You should never get angry at bullies, because that way the audience will turn against you, and not against your nemesis. I know this fact from my studies into sociology. It has not been solved, except that I may have successfully turned the discourse against his status - if he were to minor troll me again, that would be more costly for his account status than beneficial for him in his attacks against my person. As for you, I am not supposed to readily know or find an answer to the question concerning an expansion, and that's not what I commented. I wrote two messages ago, that there is a collection, but will there be another official patch or an expansion, if you will? You are no better than Comsubpac in harrassing other forum users. As for my purpose in this thread, it is to generally list all the issues that I found in HOI3, not stating weather they are my own fault, already patched in your mod packs, or something to really improve in the game. In the gaming enthusiast circles, the latter is a default assumption. People like to give intellectual criticism in a suggestive form as to point the rest of the community into these issues, by their own discretion, weather or not it is needed. You two on the other hand, have no concept of modifying games into a better form, and you are guilty of using my posts and everybody else's as a weapon to isolate and harm the writers. You assume, falsely, that I am trolling the users by pointing bad issues as to get them. But in my message, the purpose has always been objective, concentrating on the game itself. Calling another user a liar is not acceptable. I tell you instead of reporting it because I think you just got a little carried away, as anyone can from time to time. Also because I myself once got a warning about saying the same thing to another poster a few years ago. In any case, I was not lying. I tried to answer your question about future patch plans, and I tried to do so in a way that I hoped would lower the emotional overtones that were rising in the thread. If that somehow offended you, I assure you it was not my intention.
And I just answered that question in the post which seems to have upset you so badly. Again: yes, the devs have indicated there WILL be another official patch but that due to release issues with another title it will not be immediately forthcoming.
Harassing? I suggest you double check the meaning of that word in English before leveling such an accusation at another user. I know that for many users here English is not their first or even preferred language, so I will chock this up to linguistic misunderstanding. As for the accusation that I dismiss other posters' questions out of hand, that is, quite frankly, laughable. So again I will just chock that up to the "heat of the moment" and not take it personally.
But back to your original post: I suggested that you look into the modding community to see if you might find some of your issues already addressed there. I should have added that the reason is that some of your issues are indeed user-moddable items. So I should add that you might find answers there on how to mod them yourself. That is, after all, how many a mod is born, i.e. a user like you who has a different vision for the game from what the devs had makes a mod to realize that vision.
@Pro_consul You need to back away slowly and not look him straight in the eyes, don't make any sudden movements and do not mention anything about the game.

Nice to find that I have caused you noobies some gray hair, sport. Well, I'm back in the game. Can I install the expansions from Steam if I have a DVD of the vanilla Hearts of Iron 3? I guess now is the time to try it after waiting for two years for patches. 1.4 was released over a year ago, and curiously I haven't played it yet.
