Try to join an alliance big enough ,if they allready in war the better.Try not to fight nowhere. Take all the loans and bankrupte until your inflation goes 0 .Morale and stability is drama but you have your alliance.They fight for you .Put all your money in stability and raise troops,colonies,sent merchants etc.If the alliance declare a war join.Only the one he declare war have to win or lose.
You take back what you lose .Don't accept peace.
Example .Alliance with UCRAINE ,Pskov,Venice,Hungary (i am Holy Roman Empire) war with MOLDAVIA,Spain ,Royalists,Parma,Savoy,Bohemia,Bavaria.

morale down for 10 years .Result is inflation goes to 15, four years later stability +3,plenty of troops,one GoT monopolie,i have lost control of two provinces, that after the war ends they return back to me.
After six years Knights declare war on me but i have the alliance to support me.End after 12 years i was alone full troops,no inflation,plenty of money.
