When loading up my saves i had a problem with my alcohol Production it always seem to be (-Infinity) no matter how many times i reloaded the game but there is a fix least for me.
When faced with this problem let the game run till your weekly net profits roll in. Then the (InfinityX) will change to (NaN) When this happens save the game and load that save it should restore your previous values. let me know if this helps, saved my game which i have put a few hours in
Edit- This is a Temp fix and will have to be repeated when it occurs again
