All of them, but this is done with apocalypse

Discovered this when trying to retrofit federation titans to new designs
5. Can you replicate it, if so, please explain how
For the exploit to work you must be in a federation and be the president, then you simply build as many titans as your federation can support. Using the fleet manager you select the fleets with the titans in them and retrofit their designs to a non federation one. And voila the titans become yours (even when at max capacity)
6. Does this happen on all saves or just specific ones?
Yes, this is doable on all saves as long as you are federation president, also works in multiplayer

Simply not doing the glitch
Example of glitch, only supposed to have 5 titans, have 30 instead
