Infinite loading

So I had format, now I just got ck2 from steam, everything is fresh (latest direct, latest drivers for graphics etc).
However, when I'm running game, the screen with Paradox Development Studio (that stained glass) don't skip.
(I played ck2 using this pc for hundreds of hours.)

Install these as you reformated your computer you are most likely missing things the game needs to run itself or you have wrong versions of them and thats why it loads the stained glass part but not the rest.
