i have always been a little bit disappointed that the number and type of Councilor actions is so limited. They did increase the number of different actions a while back from 4 to 5 but there are still some glaring gaps, eg set Marshal to Repulse Raids or Suppress Revolts (auto fight small wars), set Chancellor to Negotiate NAP or tell your Chaplain to Copy One of your Books.

The idea is simple - give each Councilor a custom decision to Add a particular Action, which would set an internal flag to display one type of action in substitution for another. For example, I might want to replace my Chancellors Fabricate Claim action with say a custom Survey Territory action that removes Fog of War like the Spymaster’s action.

The game sort of already does this as Muslim councillors get some actions that Feudals don’t etc. Being able set up your councillors to act the way you want could be very useful, you could for example have both your spymaster and chancellor trying to fabricate claims, or set your marshal and chaplain to raising troops.

Certain actions would of course have to be limited to certain councillors, eg I don’t think that many Stewards would be very good at Hunting Apostates, but they could help say your Issue Alms

I like this idea, but i think it could be simplified by just adding another button with a extension panel of activities, and setting lock checkmarks so that the immediate three actions we already have are default but can be changed out for other activities for quick selection (I hope i haven't re-iterated your idea OP, i mean it in term that i approve of the idea)

With any hope such a system would let you do more without being clunky or repetitively straining with clicking as advisors are often very 'fire and forget' when doing activites.
