Infamy Problem w/ Personal Union

Playing as the Byzantines in HttT, I recently initiated yet another war of righteous reconquest against the Ottomans. Probably due to some previous drubbings I had administered, they are junior partners in a personal union with Oman.

My unpleasant surprise came when I tried to initiate peace. I could not settle with the Ottomans, as the junior partner in a personal union. Oman was happy to give up Ottoman provinces in a peace deal, but my cores cost 4 infamy each! Since the war was declared as a war of reconquest against the Ottomans, this doesn't make much sense to me.

It would be good if the CBs you have on vassals/lesser partners would transfer to be against the overlords as well when you declare war, at least reconquests.

Indeed. I think I'm just going to edit 16 infamy manually out of my savegame, the first time I've resorted to that. It seems like an injustice.

I had the same problem when France became a junior partner to Holland. Since personal unions can last a century and cores only half that it's something that should be fixed. Vassals have a similar problem, but in that case you can at least force their release.

"infamy -16" in the console will sort you right out
