Industrialization bug?

Hi all,

got industrialization event(playing Ecuador), the one giving 2 IC IIRC for a hefty resources price. On the event pic however was a "No immediate effect" note repeated many times. I went for it anyway and sure enough got nothing... Not for three yrs anyway.

IC 1.03 beta 10 on ARMA 1.2.

in my games they had, described as above. Problem is if I decline, I get dissent.

I sent you an Uruguay savegame where you can see the industrialization evt in the history log.

This happened on IC 1.3 beta 09 ARMA 1.2 with Dr. Bob`s.

I got a working industrialization evt for URU now. BTW, I see no reason for not allowing this evt for all minors. Same config as per above post.

Hi all,

IC 1.03 Rc1 on ARMA, industrialization is bugged as per above for N Zealand too. IF this is actual design feature, please explain why.
