Industrial won't send to commercial+half vehicles

Some of my vehicles that have two parts are only the front part or some random amount of parts.Some train only have the from orange part. I have industrial right beside my commercial (generic and not) and they won't send their goods to my commercial. I hope there is a simple fix to this. Population 350 000 - 400 000.

Since no one answered yet, I may step in.

Sounds like you are close to the vehicle limit.
Get the "CSL Show More Limits" mode and look for "vehiciles active".
If it is close to the 16k limit cars/trains wont spawn.

Pls report back.
But if this is the case, the best you can do is reduce cargo travel distance.
Terminal->Industry->Commercial.
Or switch to office spaces with public transport....

You didn't say how many active vehicles you had, so I assume you were at 16,000. it won't go over the limit and will instead not spawn vehicles. there will be other vehicles despawning from success of failures and will spawn new vehicles, but not enough for your demand causing shortages.

eliminate traffic. especially all exports. you should never export anything as it doesn't pay you anything for it.

your half trucks are likely a mod issue.

there are no mods to change limits.

the only mod that works is for you to make your city use fewer vehicles.

No, you can't raise the vehicle limits. You have to eliminate vehicles. Like I already said, get rid of your exports. Organize your zones. have commerce next to industry. have specialized industry next to generic industry.
