,,Wollt ihr den totalen Krieg?''
:D
Please, o pretty please, add decision to industrial mobilization!
Atm it's pretty ahistoric that when e.g germany starts war, it starts at the same time total industrial mobilization (factories working 24/7 on shifts [peace time ic modifier goes away], food rationing [less consumer good demand]) and all that kind of stuff.
Industrial mobilization decision could be like the manpower mobilization now (partial, general, extended, TOTAL), as that would make atleast sense for me.

That would be cool, but it seems like a lot of work. Altough this would make it possible to reflect how the Germans and Soviets basically went into all out war mode, trying to make the most of their factories. Capitalist+Democratic countries like America should also be able to utilize their giant industrial base for an all out war, but at the cost of huge dissent.

Odd. It looked quite a bit more than that in the dev diaries. Maybe they took out that feature?
