Is there any way to:

1) Lock the sliders (when you adjust one it changes all the others)
2) Adjust them other than by clicking on +/- (increments of 0.01 are too small) or by using the mouse (adjusts are WAY TOO LARGE)

Right click on it to lock the sliders.

If you use the ai helper, it will automatically set the IC for supplies and production fairly well. Just toggle it on, then toggle it off for tweaking consumer goods, upgrades, etc. Generally, the ai does a good enough job of everything except producing high amounts of supply (say, if I wanted to trade supplies with france for blueprints, I prioritize it yet ai keeps spamming consumer goods)

lock the sliders with right click as others have said, as for moving them, I drag until it's as close to my desired number as possible then finish by holding down the button until I get where I want. Always do this in pause though.

Well, I'm not a micro nut by any stretch of the imagination, but I am a control freak so I just tinker at the IC sliders manually. Needless to say I couldn't do that in MP where I can't pause when it damn well pleases me.

That's cool, but here's the next level: How do I lock/unlock a slider without using the mouse?

Right now, I don't think is possible.

Well I'm known for asking apparently trivial things that are completely impossible. Also, I need to hit the market for some troll repellent. I've always had great respect for the community on this forum... today, less so.
