I think the fort level map mode should color provinces which are under the influence of a fort. I think light green (light red for enemies') should do the trick. If you have a huge empire, you can easily spot provinces that aren't protected. That would be nice. :)

I'd also like to see this implemented. I try to avoid overlapping forts, so it would make it a lot easier to use with the macro build interface since you can't select the interface or a province and a unit at the same time.
