I fought same nation alot and they change tag and grow taking my colonial nations with them over alot of years. They are now huge in north america and every time I beat them, they reform or just take alot of land without any war at all, it is frustrating they can take things I have fought for, beating and breaking mekanics of the game.

same nation changes name , and reforms into areas it did not have before is cheat and annoying.

You may want to post on the bug report forum if you really think they are cheating.
They likely aren't cheating however.

To determine what is happening though I need more information. Are they taking land from other Native Americans? Are they taking land from colonial subjects? Are they colonizing? After they lose their last province do they move to a new province?

There is a bug currently that makes it so when natives integrate each other, they also take all their tribal land even if other countries own it.

Yes they take all tribal land or lost claims they do not colonize, everything is colonized. they take land from my colonial subjects, they are huge like 100+ provinces, size of current mexico in real life. it is not like they are just taking it they "integrate" or reform flag and then they take the tribal lands and all other claims they have, it is frustrating because going to war with them and take land just give them more claims, that can be lost again etc.
