Indian Ruler Designer in 2.7

I noticed that when I try to create a custom Indian ruler (tried with the earliest start, 769), it doesn't save any of the appearance or dynasty shield changes. You can see this by clicking over to the last tab where you set your attributes; the ruler you see will not be the one you designed. I disabled all mods and several DLCs (the 5th anniversary portraits, early clothing, etc) and the issue persisted. It seems to only affect Hindus.

Thanks for the report, there indeed seems to be some wonky stuff going on with the Ruler Designer. We'll take a look at that and fix asap !
