it looks like you made Samara's nation color "Orange"?
if so, probably not a good idea, since that's the color for unowned provinces. could get confusing...
btw, my hands-off screenies are up to 1519, with 1539 hopefully posted tonight or late tomorrow...

unless you make a few, i think it will be waste of time. the single shiite province (still there)? usually just gets annexed quickly since it doesn't form alliances or royal marriages and other-religion nations are quick to grab it since you don't get so much bb from doing so.

i'm not familiar with editing the leaders files, but i can also try it...
the leader names apply to any province with bulgarian people, which means Bulgaria, Rumelia, Dobrudja (it's finally admitted that it WAS Bulgarian throughout the whole eu2 frame in this year's betas)
you should change it's culture to Slavonic
