Increasing Reactor Size

Would someone please tell me how to increase the size of my reactors?

I'm playing as USSR, and I've advanced my nuclear tree to the hydrogen bomb, which is currently being developed. I currently have 3 reactors and the last one was built immediately after my last two tech advances in the "nuclear bomb catagory". (I have all the nuclear power tech tree completed, too.) I still keep getting the message "our reactor is not big enough". Can't find much in the manual on this topic.

I sure do need a few nukes!!

this is just a guess but try building another one in a province that already has one in it

The solution is easy: Build more reactors. In fact, build as many as you can.

So, you have a reactor at size 3, the game tells you to build more. What do you thing you should?

A hint: Build more reactors.

You need a level 6 reactor before it start producing nukes.

The thing is that you need to build the reactor in just on province. If you place the reactores you build in different provinces, they only count as lvl 1 reactores. There is no use of more then one reactor in the game. Place them all in one province and see the lvl rise.
The rocket research lab also work this way.

Thanks for getting me in the right direction! I'd wondered about what defined the "size" of a reactor, and now that helps a bunch. Yes, all 3 reactors are in the same provice. Looks like it's time to build some more!
