Hello,

This Crown authority thing has been very frustrating for me. So at one point I had High Crown authority across three kingdoms and I was thinking Woo! I got some good armies and I am doing pretty good... Then Bam I died. I think okay so I have a child ruler again not to big of a deal. Well next thing I know my most powerful vassels start a faction to lower crown authority and I am wammied again (The faction was not able to be stopped either I had no choice but to lower it which I think is not right I want to be able to fight that and go to war if I must.)

I get thrown down to medium (this happens in all three kingdoms) Now my new ruler cannot increase the crown authority (which really should be changed if a faction lowers it then it does not lock it from me re increasing it again)

Anyway now I am stuck with 3 medium crown authority's again and all my kingdoms hate me more cause They all get a penalty cause my crown authority was "raised"... I went from high to medium cannot for my lifetime increase it then I get hurt even more. This is a horrible mechanic and if the crown authority is lowered(forcible or otherwise) it should give you a benefit not a penalty.

I also had another BS move where my regent (different from the one I had the previous load regent is reset to zero on loads I think this is a bug also.) This regent who again is a powerful vassel just lowers the authority with no way to stop it again and locking it again. If it is that the player is locked from editing the authority it should be locked for all methods so that once it is done once in a rulers lifetime it will never change. That or allow an increase every 10-20 years so we can have the chance to recover.

Suggestions:
Allow changing crown authority after so many years of time passed.
change so when the authority is forced lower that it does not lock that characters chance to change things.
Allow the chance to stop lower crown factions.
Either allow choice of your regent or do not allow them to make very important changes like crown authority.

Bugs
Get the increased Crown authority penalty when the authority was decreased.
A incapable or underage person will load without a regent allowing things like law changes before a regent is appointed who is not always the same as last save.
