just as a counter argument, that could also apply to 12 hours of them doing things they normally wouldnet do because the fans on the stream asked them to, as they said the other day on stream most of them have played many hours and would overlook a small bug in lets say the industry interface, but having viewers ask them to look closely they might see it when normally they wouldnet

its not just 2 hours. its at least one more hour a week for what 12 weeks. the time adds up towards the total process. Again i would actually like to see more but its a considerable investment in time when its all added up. Most end users don't understand this. When all the time is added up once all is said and done this could be weeks of time for all parties accounted for. Paradox has been really great about giving us alot of things other developers don't but at some point its really not very productive for them.

But playing this game is also testing it... Last WWW they ALMOST found a bug (turns out it was a feature), so its not like this time is only wasted for community hype...

Indeed, two hours would be great.
Daniel made a great job on Wednesday (just watched it yesterday due to lack of time beforehand) and really loved it.
Considering how much questions there is still which would require SP to be answered properly, Paradox will probably have to ressort to 2h sessions if they want to both cover those questions and launch a new MP game before release...

They could stream the whole day as well. Also unlike Stellaris, HoI4 had many hours of stream already. There is not all that much which we don't know about HoI4. Most of the things that was shown was found in the DDs as well and actually most of the questions that they answer has to be from people who either have never heard of the game or have not bothered to read the DDs.
