Some of my units placed on different pacific island have org. = 0 and it is not increasing is it a suply question ?? They are in suply.

In the suply mode some of the sea zones have different color - why ??

Check the main productionscreen, below it you will find a list of all the places where resources needs to be shipped from and the main supply bases of your armed forces. Scroll down to locate one of the islands where your units have no org. and monitor it for a day or 2 to see what happens. Shipping of supplies and resources are done every day at 0:00, if the supplies on that island run out during the day you need to increase the size of the convoy. Every infantry division needs atleast 2 transports and mech, mot and armor need atleast 4, especially for the oil.

When you create a new convoy, make it as big as possible on the first day, especially for largescale invasions and scale back the number of convoys later. It may also be possible that you created a convoy, but forgot to check the supplies box.

IIRC, the supplyscreen only indicates where supplies can be sent to, but it doesn't necessarily mean that they are infact being sent. If you select a unit, ther should be a small circle in the upper left corner, this indicates that they are currently being supplied. The coloured seazones indicate a shippinglane of one of your convoys.

There is an easier way. Just pause the game and set up a new convoy from one of your home provinces to one of the islands where you see this problem. Go into the detail view on that convoy, uncheck coal, steel and rubber and check supply. Now raise the number of transports to about double what it shows as the minimum. Assign some escorts if you have any free and then back out from that view. Now go back to the normal game and unpaused it. Pause it again once you see the date change twice, so that it is the wee hours of the morning two days after the first time you paused. Look at the units on the island. If their org is now rising, you found the problem, so go back and do the same thing for the other islands where you saw this happening.

My way of checking sounds too simple. On the menu for create covoys/world trade, I would scroll down the list just above those buttons and see if there are any supplies in store listed for the island you are concerned about.

That is a good quick check, but what if it is one of your allies, or God forbid an enemy who captured an island from you, who is receiving all the missing oil? You can't see that on your own depot list.

just get your convoys to ship supplies and possibly oil if needed to that island from your mainland.
