Increase liberty desire of colonies when losing a war

I think that colonies don’t try to become independent often enough. I have nearly never seen it in game. It is too easy for both AI and the player to control liberty desire of colonies.

Historically colonies (like the spanish ones) often became disloyal when the mother country lose wars. Losing a war badly should thus increase liberty desire of colonies. I suggest adding this modifier, proportional to the warscore of the peace deal, to a maximum of +50% liberty desire, decreasing slowly with time.
