I just got the Conclave Content Pack, because it was really bothering me seeing Western Christian sprites for my Steppe People Councilors, on my Uyghur run.

All the sprites are working as intended, except the one that bothered me the most: The Mobad sprite. ("Diviner", "Court Chaplain", from the Uyghur Culture.)

It's still showing the Catholic priest sprite, instead of the correct Steppe "Shaman-like" sprite that's included in the DLC. I tried starting a new game, but it's still showing the wrong sprite.

For the Tengri, it's showing the correct sprite, though.

I would really appreciate if you guys fix this, or even give me a way to do it.

Also, another thing that's strange on the Uyghur, and I think it's not working as intended: The UI appearance.

Instead of showing the "Steppe People"/Mongol graphics for the UI, it's showing the Middle-Eastern/Arabic/Muslim UI.

Is there a way to fix this too?

But still, it doesn't make sense for it to be appearing on the Uyghur religion. Since they are Nomads and the Manichaeism religion is "unique" to them, I think, they should use all the Nomad sprites too.

The thing is that the manicheans are not really unique to nomads, while the early nomadic realms are good examples of manicheasm it is still very much a more southern religion and is in-game treated as a zoroastrian heresy.

Yes, I know all this. But you're not understanding my point.

It doesn't make sense for the manicheans Mobads use the Catholic Sprite. Even the Islamic sprite would make more sense, but it's really imersion-breaking to see the Chaplain in the middle of the steppes.

I really hope they change this, or at least give a work around.

Ah, I see, I thought that they used the used the Zoroastrian spirte, which is probably as close to their actual one as you will get. If they don't but use the generic one then I agree.

It would be best if Manicheanism was its own religion, maybe in the same group as Zoroastrianism since now if a Manichean nomad is even moderately successful Zoroastrianism becomes a heresy. But yes, they should probably use the Zoroastrian sprites.

Exactly my thoughts. I'm a bit sad that Paradox still haven't pronounced about that.

I know it's a pretty small thing, but it's still a thing. And it's really easy to fix it. Even a modder can do it, like how they did with the Unit Packs Extended mod of the EUIV. Sadly, there's no such mod like this for the CK2...

Well, I think there should be cultural chaplain icons as content pack at some stage. It makes little sense to have white-as-chalk rabbi in Semien or European looking monk spreading Christianity among Mongols (even if such people apparently did visit Khan)

And full support for PI tweaking entire Mazdan group.
