This is pretty simple to reproduce:
1) Open ledger. Page 1 'Demense' will do.
2) Mouseover the 'name' column of the #1 row. For me, it's 'Roscommon'
3) Click the coat of arms to the left of the #1 item. Behind the leder, it will open up the realm tab.
4) Mouseover any property in the realm tab.
Expected outcome: The standard mouseover text of the realm tab property.
Actual outcome: The mouseover text seen in step 2 (Roscommon for me)
This works with any tab opened behind the ledger, and any page for the ledger. It seems like the mouseover text will always try to read from the Leder no matter which window you're trying to get the mouseover text for.
