Description​

Being in war with Turkey I can't run naval invasion to province with port near Istambul due to that province at backend "located" after Bosforus in Black Sea, but in view of player, it located before the Bosphorus, in Mediterrian Sea. So I can't get to Black Sea to increase naval supremacy and can't invade from Med. Sea due to province is not there.

1. Be in war with Turkey
2. Plan to invade in province from sreenshot from Mediterrian coast
3. No arrow of plan created.
